We advise on all aspects of corporate structuring and transactional work, including due diligence, acquisitions and disposals, mergers, shareholder agreements and joint venture arrangements, as well as insolvency, security enforcement and restructuring including court approved schemes of arrangement.
We provide constitutional documents, corporate authorisations and regulatory advice in connection with the establishment of Jersey structures. We also provide legal opinions and corporate advice, including advice where companies are entering into transactions, borrowing, granting security over their assets, making distributions, migrating, merging or winding up.
Our corporate clients range from directors and regulated trust companies to listed companies and funds. We regularly work with leading onshore legal and tax advisors who require Jersey corporate law advice and have established a reputation for advising on complex high profile mandates.
