We advise beneficiaries and trustees on all aspects of contentious trusts law including breach of trust claims, requests for information, applications to set aside for mistake and enforcement of foreign judgments.
We also advise on complex commercial litigation, company law disputes including minority shareholder actions and claims of breach of fiduciary duty against directors. Other areas of expertise include employment law, enforcement of restrictive covenants and regulatory work including investigations by the JFSC.

I’ve been working with Elena on a three-month trust dispute trial in Jersey involving a claim for over $200m and have worked with her previously. She is extremely clever with an astounding grasp of detail. She is a very talented lawyer more than capable of dealing with high profile and high net worth cases. She is also extremely good with clients.
